Gaelic

Gaelic is a weird language. To see it written, you would think that the writer has picked out three letters which relate to the phonetic pronunciation of the relevant word, and for the rest appears to have got whatever they're writing confused with a game of Scrabble, in which they are obviously trying very hard to get rid of bunch of random letters in order to to reduce any penalty they might receive for unused letters before the final scores are totted up.

The incomprehensibility of its written form is however beautifully offset by the fact that it sounds like a musical sighing when spoken.

And you thought I was kidding about the Scrabble thing.
